Autolus Therapeutics는 fast-off CD19 CAR-T cell인 Obe-cel을 FDA에 BLA Filing을 하고 승인을 기다리고 있는 중입니다.

Obe-cel은 FMC83와 유사한 on-rate를 가진 반면 fast off-rate를 가지도록 디자인하여 cytotoxicity와 proliferation은 증대시키고 over-activation은 감소시킨 약물입니다.

이 연구내용은 Nature Medicine 2019년에 발표했습니다.

그리고 Felix 임상시험 Ib/II결과는 작년 12월에 있었던 ASH에서 발표했으며 아래에 링크를 보냅니다.

임상결과는 ASCO에서 논문으로 발표하였습니다.

Obe-cel의 PUDFA date는 올해 11월로 예정되어 있고 Advisory meeting은 잡히지 않았습니다. 이 약물이 승인이 된다면 peak sale이 $300 Million이 될 것으로 예상하고 있습니다.
